Community Women's Orchestra
The Community Women’s Orchestra welcomes new members. Prospective new members should be female musicians of intermediate or better playing ability, and should be age 18 or over.
At this time, we have the following vacancies: Tuba, all strings (especially violins).
The CWO rehearses on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm at the Lake Merritt United Methodist Church. You can consult our rehearsal schedule, and simply come to the next rehearsal. We do, however, recommend that you call before you come to your first rehearsal, so that we can confirm the rehearsal date and time, give you instructions, and answer any questions you may have about the orchestra.
